Useful information for the first enquiry
Share reference designs, materials and colors, the measured wrist, preferred main bead size and the intention you want to express. Images help communicate appearance, while the actual material identity still needs confirmation.
For a birthday, anniversary or seasonal gift, include the desired receiving date and destination region. A desired date is a requirement to consider rather than a confirmed arrival promise; it affects whether a proposed making and shipping arrangement is suitable.
Appearance and personal commemorative details can be discussed separately. Materials and fit form the starting point. If you would like a design for a birthday or anniversary, tell us the occasion and delivery date alongside your material preferences.
Confirm the actual composition
The proposal should name the materials, main bead diameter, wrist fit, components, quantity and palette. A specific jade variety, treatment disclosure, document or religious symbol should also become an explicit condition rather than remaining implied by an image.

One material can come in different specifications, while a carving changes the arrangement and fit. If ingredients or scale change, use the revised proposal. An early design direction is not automatically the version that has been arranged for making.
Quote and payment arrangements
The quote should correspond to the agreed material and making requirements, with currency and included items clear. Shipping, special components, packaging or additional requests need their own explanation where relevant. An existing product reference price does not automatically apply to a revised personal design.
Submitting an enquiry continues the design discussion. The materials, specifications, quote and payment arrangement are confirmed before the order and making arrangements; submitting information does not itself complete a payment.
If price or materials need adjustment, discuss them before final confirmation. A substitute material affects appearance as well as cost, so update the composition rather than changing only a total figure.
Timing depends on the proposal
Material confirmation, special components, a fixed bead count, a complex arrangement or documentation requirements can affect the schedule. Making and transport are separate stages; an expected dispatch date is different from an expected arrival date.

Confirm the proposed making start, expected dispatch arrangement and any material details still requiring agreement. Share a specific gift date early so that the schedule can be considered alongside the actual design.
The destination shapes the delivery discussion
Country or region, city, postal code and recipient details help establish available delivery methods, costs and estimated transit. Service availability, additional charges and receiving requirements need destination-specific confirmation.
Completion, dispatch and arrival are different milestones. Confirm the proposed transport arrangement, then follow available tracking after dispatch. Cross-border timing should be explained for the actual destination and selected service.
If two wearers need separate deliveries or an address is changing, raise it before arrangements are finalized so that quantity, packaging and delivery costs can be considered together.
On receipt and later adjustments
Compare the received materials, quantity and fit with the agreed proposal, and keep packaging and related information if a question arises. For a fit issue or a desired rearrangement, a measured wrist and a clear description make the discussion more useful.
The conditions for returns, alterations, restringing and material concerns should be explained with the proposal, including the applicable situations, possible costs and process. Order details and clear photographs help a later enquiry address the actual item.
Care follows the whole composition. Wood, moonstone and other materials may have different needs, while gentle cleaning and separate storage reduce avoidable wear.
Questions & answers
Does submitting a design brief mean I have ordered?
No. The details help us discuss and plan your personal design. Materials, specifications, quote and payment arrangements still need confirmation.
Can I ask for arrival before a birthday?
Yes. Provide the desired date and destination, then confirm whether a suitable making and delivery arrangement is possible. It is not a promise before that confirmation.
Can materials or size change after the proposal is agreed?
You can request a change. Feasibility, cost and timing depend on the stage reached and need the revised details confirmed.
